قالت «رويترز» إن وثيقة من أحد البنوك أظهرت أن شركة «دي بي ورلد» (موانئ دبي العالمية)، أصدرت صكوكا خضراء بقيمة 1.5 مليار دولار لأجل عشر سنوات تستحق في سبتمبر/ أيلول 2033. تم إصدار الصكوك بعائد 5.5 بالمئة من قبل «دي.بي ورلد» بموجب برنامج لإصدار شهادات الائتمان بقيمة 5 مليارات دولار. وتلقت «دي.بي ورلد»، طلبات شراء بقيمة تزيد على 3.4 مليار دولار لصفقة الصكوك، والتي من المقرر الإعلان عن تخصيصها وتسعيرها في وقت لاحق اليوم.
